You can also place an order by sending an email to info@pardepress.com with the subject line “Wholesale Order.” In the email, include the following:
Your company name
Contact person’s name
Shipping address
Telephone number
Quantity of each greeting card design you wish to order
Things you should know
Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. We will provide an estimated delivery date once the payment is confirmed and the order is ready to be shipped. Any shipping delays or issues will be promptly communicated to you.
Returns and Refunds:
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive damaged or defective items, please inform us within 7 days of receipt. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective products. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue for verification purposes. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned items are received and inspected.
Resale and Distribution:
Wholesale orders are intended for resale purposes only. Our products must not be sold on third-party online marketplaces without prior written consent from our company.
Confidentiality:
All wholesale pricing and product information shared with you must be kept confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties without our consent.
